Tasers, also known as Conducted Energy Devices (CEDs) and Stun-Guns, are a source of controversy among many different organizations.

Training Guidelines

Although there is no national policy guideline manual (or anything similar) that is specific on the appropriate use of Tasers at present--there are only organizations that have suggestive manuals, such as Amnesty International, who are actively working to provide such a manual for the safety of the public.
